Yummy Chicken

1 to 2 onions thinly sliced
6 small chicken breasts
garlic ( I like a lot of garlic so it is a personal preference item)
1 can of creamy soup. I have used mushroom cream of chicken, cream of celery
juice of one lemon
capers ( again this is up to your likes)
sliced mushrooms
bread crumbs

Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil until the onions are tender and slightly brown
Place the onion mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish ( I use a glass baking brownie dish)
Place the chicken breast on top of onion mixture
Sprinkle capers on top of the chicken
Mix the lemon juice into the soup
Cover the chicken with the soup/lemon mixture
Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly on top of the soup

Bake for 45 minutes at 350. Let the dish set for a good 5 - 10 minutes before serving.

If you like something a little different I have used cranberries instead of capers, without the mushrooms. It tastes delightful. Let me know if you like the dish.

Dedicated Site

Because I have two sites I think that this one will be dedicated to cooking recipes, decorating ideas/plans, exercise tips, sewing and crafting. I am just thinking out loud but it kind of sounds interesting
